RETURN POLICY
At Vintage 88, we take great pride in curating a selection of authentic, high-quality luxury goods. Due to the nature of pre-loved and vintage items, all sales are considered final.
However, we offer store credit for bags under the following conditions:
- Items may be returned for store credit only within 5 days of receipt.
- The item MUST be in the same condition as received, with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- Vintage 88 hang tag must remain attached and intact. Store credit will not be issued if the tag has been removed.
Non-Returnable Items
All items won during a live show auction are ineligible for return. Certain items, including rare collectibles, Jewelry, Small Leather Goods (SLG), and clearance, or discounted items, are final sale and cannot be returned. Bags marked "Fair" or "As-Is" are ineligible for return. Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully. Items sold with noted flaws or imperfections are final sale.
How to Request a Return for Store Credit
- Please e-mail info@vintage88luxury.com within 5 days of receiving your item, including your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- The return must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
- Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.
Additional Information
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- If an item is returned without prior approval, or does not meet our return policy requirements, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
