Shipping Policy

At Vintage 88, we take great care in ensuring your luxury purchase arrives safely and securely. Below are the details of our shipping process and policies.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and cleared. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates: We offer insured shipping through trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Expedited Shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Signature Required on Delivery: For your protection, all orders require a signature upon delivery. This ensures that your luxury item is safely received. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may leave a notice for re-delivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.

If an order is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: All shipments are insured for their full value. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Vintage 88 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. For any shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

RETURN POLICY

At Vintage 88, we take great pride in curating a selection of authentic, high-quality luxury goods. Due to the nature of pre-loved and vintage items, all sales are considered final.

However, we offer store credit for bags under the following conditions:

  • Items may be returned for store credit only within 5 days of receipt.
  • The item MUST be in the same condition as received, with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
  • Vintage 88 hang tag must remain attached and intact. Store credit will not be issued if the tag has been removed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, including rare collectibles, Jewelry, Small Leather Goods (SLG), and clearance, or discounted items, are final sale and cannot be returned. Bags marked "Fair" or "As-Is" are ineligible for return. Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully. Items sold with noted flaws or imperfections are final sale.

How to Request a Return for Store Credit

  1. Please e-mail info@vintage88luxury.com within 5 days of receiving your item, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. The return must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
  4. Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.

Additional Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • If an item is returned without prior approval, or does not meet our return policy requirements, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
